Week 14 - Cottage cheese and veggies
My dad makes this recipe best, but I think I did a bang up job here!
Fat free cottage cheese, cucumber, carrots, celery, sprinkle of salt and lots of cracked pepper!

Week 12 - 1st Anniversary Feast
A week ago was our first wedding anniversary!
We had a very special dinner at the Inn at Little Washington... enjoy the pics!

Week 12 - Create a Sandwich!
I have been craving yellow mustard the past 2 months and also a good old fashioned sandwich!
I can't have deli meat, so I've been trying some new sandwich fixings...
Chicken strips, thick slices of zucchini and squash, eggplant and plain cheddar cheese.
Below= chicken strips, mixed greens, tomatoes, bread and butter pickles and wheat bread.
