Week 12 - Create a Sandwich!


I have been craving yellow mustard the past 2 months and also a good old fashioned sandwich!

I can't have deli meat, so I've been trying some new sandwich fixings...
Chicken strips, thick slices of zucchini and squash, eggplant and plain cheddar cheese.

Below= chicken strips, mixed greens, tomatoes, bread and butter pickles and wheat bread.
