Week 16 (belated) - Vacation food!


A belated post to share all the yummy food from St. Thomas!

Breakfast buffet: Egg white/spinach scramble on whole wheat toast with ketchup; watermelon; oatmeal with cinnamon, raisins, dried cranberries + dried apples; and orange juice (recent craving!)


Complimentary sparkling cider + cheese and crackers!


Short ribs with truffle mashed potatoes, mashed carrots, brussel sprouts and absolutely delicious jus!


Fish tacos - sooooooooooooo good!
(With a side salad featuring shaved fennel and a lovely lavender mustard vinaigrette!)
