Week 11 - Healthy French Toast


YUM!

Ingredients:
Wheat bread
1 egg white and 1/4 cup of skim milk for every 2 slices of bread
Splash of vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions:
Whisk wet and dry ingredients in a bowl
Quickly soak bread on both sides
Toss on a hot skillet
Top with syrup, fruit, powdered sugar and/or nuts
ENJOY!
