So lucky to have an amazing salad bar at work. Highlights include: roasted corn, beets - that look like potatoes, cold Chinese spiced broccoli and bacon pasta salad! ...With lo-cal French dressing.)
It all started with crab legs... I should've known something was up. There's a hungry little monster in me, making HER debut in January - this is what I like to feed her. Just a mama, loving (mostly healthy) food!
